Planner content you choose to save: shortlisted hospitals, notes, travel plans, medical history (if you choose to add it), uploaded documents. Usage data: pages visited, features used — collected to understand how the tool is being used, not to target advertising.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information. We do not collect your phone number. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use your data
To provide the planner features. To send you a verification email when you sign up and a reset email if you request one. To send planning reminders if you opt into them. For no other purpose.
Who we share it with
We use third-party infrastructure providers for data storage, authentication, and transactional email. These are infrastructure providers, not data partners. We do not sell, license, or share your data with hospitals, medical tourism agents, advertisers, or any other third party.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. On deletion, all personal data and planner content is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export your planner data at any time from your account settings. You can delete your account at any time. You can contact us to request a copy of your data or to ask questions about how it is held.
