Where a fee applies
We charge only when you ask us to take work off your hands: booking appointments, coordinating your hospital journey, or managing logistics and follow-up on your behalf. We never charge hospitals. This keeps our comparisons and recommendations independent of who you eventually choose to pay for coordination support.

Why we don't earn
from hospitals
Medical-tourism facilitation is typically funded by hospital commissions — a percentage of what the patient pays, arranged between the facilitator and the hospital. That model ties the advice you receive to which hospital is paying, and limits the shortlist to hospitals that have signed a commercial agreement.
MediVaya is funded directly by the patients who choose paid coordination. Hospitals pay us nothing — no referral fees, no listing fees, no commission. This applies to every patient on every tier, so the hospital shortlist and rankings you see are the same regardless of what, if anything, you pay us for.
