Our policies ensure our recommendations are unbiased, transparent, and always in your best interest.

Conflict of Interest Policy

MediVaya does not accept payment, commission, or any other benefit from hospitals in exchange for a ranking, a listing, or a referral.
Our founders, staff and advisers disclose any hospital relationships that could present a conflict, and those disclosures are reviewed on a regular cadence.
If a conflict is identified, the relevant person is excluded from any related scoring or content decision.

Funding Model

MediVaya is funded entirely by patients who choose to pay for optional coordination services: appointment booking, travel logistics, and post-return follow-up support.
Hospitals pay us nothing — no referral fees, no listing fees, no success fees, and no data subscriptions sold back to providers.
This means our rankings are never shaped by which hospital generates more revenue for us, because none of them do.

Sponsored Content Policy

We do not publish sponsored rankings, and no hospital can pay for a better score or a featured placement.
Where content is produced in partnership with an adviser or hospital (for example, a procedure explainer reviewed by a clinician), it is clearly labelled as such, and that labelling never extends to our scoring methodology itself.
